AMKODOR machinery is presented to the Head of the Administration of Kiev
On 4 April 2017 Kiev hosted the exhibition-presentation of the Belarusian municipal and passenger machinery. AMKODOR holding, the JSC AMKODOR-SEMASH and the distributor in Ukraine the LLC Amkodor-Ukrospetsmash took an active part in it. The presentation also provided a range of financial tools of the Belarusian banks and relevant organizations for export support in Ukraine.
Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Vladimir Semashko and Mayor of Kiev Vitaly Klichko, as well as over 40 heads of district administrations of Kiev and Urkain regions and numerous representatives of municipal, transport and road construction enterprises visited the exhibition of the AMKODOR holding machinery.
Taking into account that the exhibition was prepared and conducted in one of the biggest cities of the CIS, an emphasis at the exhibition was made to the municipal machinery. The range of the AMKODOR products includes over 120 models and modifications of the machines and it was impossible to present the whole range of the machinery which is designed for maintenance of urban infrastructure that is why individual models were demonstrated.
Multipurpose skid steer loader AMKODOR 211E equipped with Yanmar engine and a set of quick change working attachments – main bucket, curbstone grapple, forks to transfer civil materials on europallets, hydraulic hammer, brush equipment and other active and passive working attachments were presented to the visitors’ attention. Backhoe loader AMKODOR 732, multipurpose loader AMKODOR 342C4, multipurpose loader AMKODOR 352C, tandem asphalt roller AMKODOR 6223A, and 22 units of special-purpose attachable equipment were presented as well.
To give this event entertainment, it was decided not to make the exhibition static but to show the machines in operation. High technical and technological capabilities of the machines were presented to the visitors. Thus, two multipurpose skid-steer loaders AMKODOR 211E were synchronously moving to the tune of “Kiev waltz” imitating the dance and welcoming the audience by a fast lifting and lowering of the bucket.
The accuracy of hydraulics, hydraulic control of joysticks, availability of controllers in the hydraulic system, availability of electronics in the control system allowed performing all operations very clearly and precisely. Backhoe loader AMKODOR 732 took off a cap from the hanger with a claw of the bucket and gave it to the operator in the cabin, four-ton AMKODOR 342C4 closed a matchbox without damaging it. These and other demonstration elements inevitably elicited applauses from the presented heads and guests.
After the end of the demonstration Vladimir Semashko and Vitaly Klichko were invited for the machinery inspection. During the inspection, the attention of the distinguished guests was again drawn to the competitive advantages of the AMKODOR machinery.
Vitaly Klichko carefully evaluated the information about the machinery features without hiding his satisfaction with everything he saw. Particularly, he was extremely interested in the fact that all machinery was completed with cabins of AMKODOR’s own production. They are comfortable, ergonomic, have an excellent visibility and create good conditions for the operator’s work.
To check high characteristics of the operator’s workplace and hydraulics parameters stated during the presentation, Vitaly Klichko personally sat in the cabin of the loader, started the engine and under the supervision of the holding employees made several manipulations by a working attachment of the machine with the help of a joystick.
After this, Vitaly Klichko shared his impressions with the representatives of AMKODOR and numerous journalists. He told that notwithstanding he was tall, it was comfortable for him in a spacious cabin and the machine operation was simple and practical. Subsequently, this phrase was repeatedly quoted by the Ukrainian and Belarusian media.
By the way, trade and economic relations between Minsk and Kiev used to be quite active, namely 38% of the trade turnover between Belarus and Ukraine. AMKODOR holding made a substantial contribution in it.
Following the visit to the exhibition-presentation, Vitaly Klichko told reporters the following: “Today we have seen a lot of different machines of the Belarusian production which are in high demand by the Kiev municipal services. These machines operate efficiently, correspond to the European standards, at the same time they cost by 30% cheaper than the European analogues, that is why our planes are to continue cooperation with the Belarusian partners, to deepen cooperation and purchase the machines we need”.
According to the press-service informed by the marketing services of the holding, after the end of the exhibition the prospective customers of the AMKODOR machinery from Ukraine started to demonstrate not only a greater interest in the enterprise products but also started to send applications for their purchase.
