"AMKODOR" has shipped the first harvester to Ukraine

The first harvester AMKODOR 2551 was shipped to the timber organization of Ukraine. It is designed for felling trees, pruning branches and bucking whips into segments of a predetermined length during solid logging.

The machine is equipped with a diesel engine of the Minsk Motor Plant D-260.9 with a capacity of 180 horsepower and a harvester head, which is ideal for harvesting coniferous wood and allows you to cut and process tree trunks with a diameter of up to 670 mm.

The harvester is fitted with a built-in electronic system that allows you to set the required characteristics of sortings and keep their records by type of rock, volume in cubic and linear meters, as well as in pieces of harvested trunks.

Ukrainian loggers are already familiar with the equipment of the holding – previously they were supplied with Amkodor 2662-01 forwarders, which are used for collecting, loading and transporting sorting and other round timber products through the territory of cutting areas, portages and logging roads, as well as for performing loading and unloading operations, sorting and storing wood. Due to its productivity and reliability, the machines have received good reviews from operating organizations.
